This happens every five years and is conducted under the stewardship of Martin Price at UHI\/Perth. It was an excellent conference, though I had very little time to attend panels amongst all the conniving, hobnobbing and meetings. Our panel, on \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/mountainstudies.conference-services.net\/programme.asp?conferenceID=4312&#038;action=prog_list&#038;session=35191\">Sacred Montane Landscapes and Biocultural Diversity<\/a>\u2019, went well and it was difficult to compress remarks into a single <a href=\"https:\/\/perthmountains2015.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/08\/sacred-mountain-landscapes-and-biocultural-diversity\/\">summary<\/a> as the organisers had requested.
